Facebook Problem Attaching File Please Try Again

Hi Duc,

Thank you for posting on Microsoft Community. Nosotros appreciate your interest in Windows 10.

Are you able to upload photos to Facebook using other web browsers?

Does the result persist with one photograph or all photos?

From which location are yous trying to upload the photo?

Check if you face similar issue when uploading photos from other file location.

Also check if you are able to upload photos from external devices similar, pen drive or other USB device.

Run the Internet Connections troubleshooter by following the steps below, and check if the issue is resolved.

Step 1: TypeTroubleshooting in the search bar side by side to Start icon, and press Enter.

Step 2: SelectView all on the left paw side panel, and click onInternet Connections

Step 3: Follow the on-screen instructions to run the troubleshooter.

Not sure if  you have read my clarification or just read the championship?

I clearly mentioned that information technology's neither browser nor internet connectedness problem.

And not only photos just as well documents,...

Location is also non a problem.

Hullo Duc,

Thanks for replying with the status of the result.

This issue might occur due to the file corruption or permission rights on the picture.

I would suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

Pace one: I would propose you to motion the picture in some different location and and then effort to upload the picture and check if information technology helps to resolve your issue.

If the outcome persists, follow the next step.

Step 2: I would suggest you to check if the same issue occurs on a different user business relationship on your figurer.

If you don't accept any other user account, try following the below steps on how to create new user account:

  1. Get to Settings.
  2. Choose Accounts and and then select Other User Accounts  towards the left.
  3. Select Add together an Account .
  4. Enter a user name  and hit Next .
  5. Click on Terminate.
  6. Sign out from the current Business relationship  and Log into the new account .

Thank yous for posting in Microsoft Community, nosotros capeesh your interest in Windows 10.

I suggest you lot to endeavour disabling the protected mode and and so effort attaching the files and check if it helps.

To disable the protected mode please follow the steps beneath:

  1. Click the Tools icon in Internet Explorer
  2. Click the Security tab and uncheck the checkbox beside Enable Protected Mode (requires restarting Internet Explorer)
  3. Click Apply and then click OK.
  4. Close all open Internet Explorer windows, and then restart Net Explorer.
